Our commitment to safety extends to every aspect of our operations, ensuring that all protocols are followed to create a secure and nurturing atmosphere. We fully comply with the guidelines and regulations established by the UAE Ministry of Health and the Dubai Health Authority, prioritizing the safety and protection of both our valued clients and dedicated staff members.

SALON GUIDELINES

  • All tools are meticulously sanitized after each client to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • We provide individually packaged, disposable products for every client, prioritizing their safety and hygiene.
  • Our beauticians always wear masks during home visits to maintain a safe environment.
  • Fully vaccinated, our beauticians rigorously follow hygiene protocols, including thorough handwashing before and after each service.

Our Policy

At Urban Belleza Saloon, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know, and we will work to address your concerns promptly.

Refunds are offered in specific cases, such as service cancellations made within the eligible timeframe or if the service could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are processed based on our terms and conditions.

At Urban Belleza, we take pride in offering flexibility to our clients. If you wish to change the time or date of your service, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, our cancellation policy will apply. We will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling request.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request that you cancel the service at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time to qualify for a free cancellation. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time will incur a minimum charge of 100 AED. In the event of a cancellation immediately prior to the scheduled time or a no-show, the full-service cost will be charged.

At Urban Belleza Salon, we prioritize your privacy. All personal information collected during booking is securely stored and used solely for service-related purposes. We do not share your information with third parties.

Your Urban Belleza Beautician will consult with you prior to the service to understand your preferences and would make recommendations if you like.

Payment can be made via the following options: Cash on the day, Bank transfer, Online payment link. We also provide debit/credit card service post your treatment – for this please advise at time of appointment booking and we will ensure the card ready is with our beauticians when they visit you.
